Crisis Metabolism Makes You Fat. Take Care To Switch It Off.
Have you ever heard of crisis metabolism or survival metabolism that puts your body in a mode of saving fats?
This mode is triggered when you try to restrict yourself in some area, deny yourself a certain food, punish yourself for eating what you think you should not eat, etc. In short, whenever you don’t treat yourself with love, you can expect an undesired reaction from your body.
Human body is clever. It is much cleverer than the scientists of the whole world. We should listen to our bodies first, and not to the scientists who change their mind with every new discovery. One day they can say “milk is bad”, the other it will be “milk is good”. So it is up to you to decide to trust them or not.
But your body will always in all situations say the same thing.
It needs different food, and it will keep saying that again, again and again.
Now, if you choose a diet that will not give or give too little of a certain food to your body, it will come up with its own program of saving. It will start saving that stuff from what it gets, and even synthesize that stuff whenever it sees possible.
When you think a cake is bad for your health, but you want it so badly, will you still switch on your willpower and deny this cake to yourself? And what do you think the reaction of your body will be?
And what do you think will happen the next time when you see the cake? The same dialog will certainly take place again, and the denial will be even more difficult, even harsher than the first one!
And a next one, what that will be like?
Are you, after all, an enemy of your own self? Why accumulate problems?
Why not just eat the cake with joy and grateful heart? Why not enjoy it when you want it and want it badly? It won’t harm you. The denial, the restriction will, but not the cake!
Well, when you listen to commercials on TV and all over the place, this is not what they all want you to know. Because if you just start thinking critically, observe just a little the regularities of human life, you will stop to be their customer! They don’t care about just you, but imagine that many people start unexpectedly using their sound reason and drop our from the ranks of the customers of the industry? That will be terrible, won’t it?
Well, I can’t save all the stranded starfish. But I can make a difference for a few of them by throwing them back in the water.
So, if you want to switch of the survival metabolism mode in your body, do these 3 things:
1. Remove all junk that blocks your Joy (revenge, unforgiveness, ungratefulness, evil thoughts and other things that I would collect under a collective word – SIN).
2. Work yourself in cheerful mode and allow the Joy to flow (meditate about your eyes, your hands, your legs that obey you whenever you give them an order, meditate about all the wonderful things that you have been given as gifts, and think a while of the fact that you have been given Life for living and enjoying it).
3. Eat differnt food not excluding even fats, oils, cakes, hamburgers, etc.
4. Move a lot and differently. Don’t starve your body for movement. (Only here again, you need to move with Joy, and not force yourself into movement as a punishment for eating something good!)
