Health Hacks: Skin Dryness And Fungi Control

If we are not very well, if you are down, if your health needs improvement, then the skin will show it. I had a number of skin problems which I thought were my bad fate, and with which, I thought, I need to cope for the rest of my life. But that turned out not to be the case.

To start with, there was some fungi problem in between my toes. The skin was very dry and often peeling. There were some dark red spots in the armpits. But the most frustrating of all were the itching groins which also were kind of smelly.

I tried to wash myself several times a day. I tried to find a shampoo or body wash that would help. I tried all the finest brands, none of them helped.

I gave up and suffered in many years.

But then some books that I red and some lectures that I attended encouraged me to seek the root cause of all my health problems – in my mental state. I took an action, and my health improved very soon. About what exactly I did, you can read here » » »

The skin too got somewhat better. But not completely. I don’t doubt that with some time the improvement might have been full. But I wanted it quicker, I wanted to escape that unpleasant feel right there and then.

There must be a simple unsophisticated way. I knew I had to identify what exactly I was doing wrong to my own skin, so I can stop doing that. And I wanted to know whether it was possible not only to stop doing harm, but also assist somehow the improvement.

I decided to drop for a while using of all the industrially made skin care means and use only warm water for washing my body.

But washing without the usual shampoos felt somewhat incomplete even though the skin seemed grateful, and its condition improved in a very short time, like one week.

I had heard of the healing qualities of ordinary cooking oil. So I decided to give it a try. I poured a little on my palm and put it on my skin – the most ordinary of cooking oils. I can’t even remember whether that was a rapeseed oil or that of sunflower seeds. It felt good.

IMPORTANT: It may be wrong to apply the oil to a dry skin. People who try it usually feel disappointed. But it is only because they miss an important part – always moisten the skin with a few drops of water. Then the oil will get absorbed much better and give a pleasant feel.

Then I did that a couple more times with a day or two in between – and guess what I saw! My long lasted skin issues had noticeably reduced. It looked like they were on the way to disappear. And that was what they actually did. Before long, all my skin problems had gone!

Since then, I shower with water alone, without using any factory made soap. Every second or third time, I put on my skin a little of rapeseed or sunflower oil. With oil, I target especially toes, armpits and groins. I have tried also grape seed oil. It was good, too. But sunflower and rapeseed was better.

My observation also would be that sunflower oil gets somewhat better absorbed than rapeseed.

So I got rid of my skin problems, and haven’t had any for years. And it seems that they do not even plan to ever return.

You are free to try. At your own risk, of course. I can’t guarantee you anything. I can only tell what works for me. You can know what works for you only if you try.
