Three Wellness Steps That Work In Reverse Order

This is a very simple trick, a true shortcut from being sick, miserable, depressed to a restored, healthy and cheerful person. Apply it, and the process of improvement will start.

The strongest support for it, I found in the astounding book by professor Mirzakarim Norbekov – The experience of a fool: who had an epiphany about how to get rid of his glasses.

The general assumption would be that we start looking happy when we feel happy, and for that feel of happiness, we have to have good health, stable income, friends, etc. That is what I too believed in through many years.

We know, the steps should be like this:

Success » Feeling successful » Looking successful 

or

Happiness » Feeling happy » Looking happy.

Only this does not work that way, or works too seldom! Why? Because the very first step is too fragile to rely on, isn’t it? Apart of that, it sounds to me being the target itself, not only a single step on the way to it. So I feel the logic here is somewhat thin. If we were able to jump right into the target, then why do we need the steps?

But we need those steps. Because most of us don’t know how to be happy, how to be successful right here and right now. So this advice may come in handy.

Steps In Reversed Order

Prof. Norbekov suggests instead that those steps need to come in reversed order.

First you put on a happy smile and use, what Norbekov calls, muscle corset to give your body a happy look. Because, when you look happy, it is easier to work yourself into cheerful mood so that you can also feel happy. Now, if you look and feel happy, it will be much easier also to be happy, to be successful, to be a winner.

So the wellness steps would be:

Looking » Feeling » Being

From these three, we start with the easiest – to look happy. Then we can connect to the reality where there are so many reasons for us to be happy. When we do, we start feeling happier.

When we are like that, then it is much easier to be successful. All things you can do when you feel happy. You can get rid of your mental blocks. You can be more successful meeting your potential partners or employees. You can manage all sides of your life much better.  Joy, success and fulfillment will make you even happier. Your happy look will be then more and more natural.

But in the beginning you have to look happy.

Only we need to be very careful here. We must not use the “muscle corset” to impress others. The purpose of the “muscle corset” is to have ourselves prepared for all the good things.
