Integrity is the beginning of all things.

Be yourself in all situations – that’s called Integrity.

Integrity is the foundation, the solid rock to build everything on.

Let the wise words of Alan K. Simpson be heard here:

“If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don’t have integrity, nothing else matters.”

Integrity means that you are your own self in all situations. You are the same person, your behavior is the same when others see you and when they don’t.

If you are your true self, Joy can flow freely in your veins. Your life is exciting. You are never bored. You spread Love and Kindness, and they return to you multiplied, and they warm you and give you Joy again.

You are part of the great turnaround. You are contributing to make the World a better place. You thrive, you feel your life is being lived well. Confidence, courage, energy, laughter, song, improved health – just to name a few of the bonuses given to the contributors of the great turnaround of Joy.

It does not matter if all your neighbors lie sick. You won’t. Or, since you can’t ever know by 100%, let’s say that it is very unlikely that you too would fall sick.

If you stand on the solid ground of Integrity, viruses fear to attack you. They know that it is extremely difficult to break a person of Integrity. That’s why they most often prefer not to tangle at all.

You can even be in sorrow, you can be in grief. That’s normal. That’s great. That means that you are a human, able to feel, able to have emotions.

Weep long as the tears come. Don’t force smiles. Don’t force cheerful airs when you feel sad. Never mix these things up. Joy is not about constantly dancing and laughing.

Joy is rather the deep attitude of gratefulness for the gift of Life. And Life is precious, enormously, extraordinarily, tremendously beautiful with all the sorrow, with all the suffering that we sometimes face.

Just think a moment for yourself – would Love be possible at all if there were no pain, no suffering, no Death?

Can Love be forced on anybody? Can Love exist if Love is the only option to choose from? Isn’t Love a free choice?

And isn’t Love the power that gives us wings, that lifts us above all pain, loss, suffering? Isn’t Love the power that removes even the fear of Death?

Love is an essential part of human Integrity. No one is their real self if their attitude towards the World and other people is something other than Love.

But – you are free to choose.

Only be cautioned about the consequences. Only with Love your life is Life. Only with Love your integrity is true Integrity.

But when you don’t have Integrity, no matter what medications or therapies you use. They will only give you a temporary alleviation and they will make you an addict. You will have to take stronger and stronger versions of medication. How long can you be climbing this way? When you are given the strongest medication that there at all exists, isn’t that the top reached then? Where you go next?

That is why restoring your personal Integrity is always a great solution for your own benefit.

It does not cost you money. Just become a person of Integrity and allow the deep Joy flow in your body. You may be surprised how fast your health conditions may improve!
